Take 1 : passing the Loch of the Sword

Back north again beneath Schiehallion

The middle of nowhere (well, I suppose it must be somewhere ..... it's just not near anywhere)

Take 2 : steaming through the Highlands accompanied by the roaring of the stags ........

....... and glinting in the autumn sunshine as journey's end approaches.

Retracing its steps, the train once again sets off for the north.

Take 3 : crossing the mighty viaduct.

The loco runs round and sets off to the north for one more run.

Take 4 : drifting downhill in the late afternoon sun

Back to reality as the shadows lengthen at the end of the day's filming .......

...... and finally, 5972 heads back to Fort William
